AeroSoft, Inc.builds instrumentation and automation control systems for manufacturing, utilities, and remote monitoring.  We specialize in control system programming because we believe this is the most critical element in any automated system.

We have produced control systems for various processes and discrete manufacturing.  Industries served have included aerospace composite components, avionics manufacturing, water utilities, semiconductor fabrication, marine, aluminum smelting, bulk measurement, batching, and publishing.  Processes have included controls for autoclaves, ovens, burners, presses, chemical treatment, gas monitoring, and large cryogenic systems.

We can provide complete turnkey systems with project management, custom designs, fabrication, PLC programming, HMI design, installation, maintenance, and support for our customers.  Or, we can provide just a part of the system.

AeroSoft can provide high quality at an economical price.  We have relatively low overhead and can be flexible with pricing and terms.  On a typical project, we can supply more than or fewer than full time hours, depending on the phase of development.  We are scalable to handle larger projects.

Quality is maintained by producing the documentation first.  The functional description is provided early on in order to achieve consensus and avoid needless rework.  The interface lists and "Data dictionary" show how the hardware and software parts of the control system fit together.  Prototype HMI displays convey the design graphically.

Communications, early and often, can lead to resolution of problems before they become formidable.
